In the case of each of the new Dominions, the powers Temporary of the Legislature of the Dominion shall, for the purpose of provision as making provision as to the constitution of the Dominion, be to government of e exercisable in the first instance by the Constituent Assembly newach of the of that Dominion, and references in this Act to the Legislature Dominions. of the Dominion shall be construed accordingly. (2) Except in so far as other provision is made by or in accord- ance with a Jaw made by the Constituent Assembly of the Dominion under subsection (i) of this section, each of the new Dominions and all Provinces and other parts thereof shall be governed as nearly as may be in accordance with the Government of India Act, 1935 ; and the provisions of that Act, and of the Orders in Council, rules and other instruments made thereunder, shall, so far as applicable, and subject to any express provisions of this Act, and with such, omissions, additions, adaptations and-. modifications as may be specified in orders of the Governor- General under the next succeeding section, have effect accordingly:

இந்தியாவின் constituent assembly என்ன அதிகாரம் இருக்கிறது. நாட்டு மக்கள் தேர்ந்துஎடுத்தார்களா, எங்களுக்கு அரசியல்மைப்பு சட்டத்தை இயற்ற அவர்கள் யார் என்று, சுதந்திரதிற்கு பிறகு உச்ச நீதி மன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடுக்கப்பட்டது. உச்ச நீதிமன்றம், ஒரே வார்த்தையில் அது ஒரு வரலாற்று அவசியம் historical necessity அதனால் அதற்கு அதிகாரம் உள்ளது என்று தீர்ப்பளித்தது.
இதையும் யோசித்து விட்டுதான் வெள்ளைகாரன் இந்தியாவை விட்டு சென்றுள்ளான்.
தெளிவாக சுதந்திரத்தை கொடுத்துவிட்டுத்தான் சென்றிருக்கிறான் வெள்ளைக் காரன்.கொடுத்தான் வாங்கிக் கொண்டோம்.அவ்வளவுதான்!!!!!!!!!!.

பிரிட்டிஷ் விட்டுச்சென்ற அரசியலமைப்பில் ஜனநாயகமும்,மதசார்பின்மையும் இன்னும் இருப்பது பாராட்டத் தக்க விஷயம்தான்.
நம் கூட பிரிந்து சென்ற நம் சகோதர நாடு பாகிஸ்தான் மதசார்பின்மையை கைவிட்டது.இல்வச இணைப்பாக ஜனநாயகமும் கூட சென்று விட்டது.இந்த மாதிரி நாடுகளை பார்த்து நான் இவனை போல் மோசம் இலை என்று வேண்டுமானால் பெருமை பட்டுக் கொள்ளலாம்.
ஆனால் பெருமிதம் எதற்காகவும் கொள்வது வீண் என்பது நமது கொள்கை.இதுவும் இயல்பே!!!!!!!!!!
உலகம்யமாக்கம் என்னும் பெயரில் இன்னும் பல நாடுகளின் சுரண்டலுக்கு உட்படுவதை தவிர்க்க முடிவது இல்லை.சுற்றுப் புற சூழல் முன்னேற்றம் என்ர பெயரில் பாழ் படுத்தப் படுகிறது.
சில விஷய்ங்களில் முன்னேற்றம் என்றாலும் அது நமது மக்களின் பொறுமையும் உழைப்புமே தவிர அரசியல்வாதிகளின் பங்கு மிக குறைவே.
காமராஜர் அதிக பள்ளிகளை கட்டியதுதான் த்மிழத்தின் விதி விலக்கு.இல்லாவிட்டால் என் மாதிரி ஆட்களெல்லாம் படித்திருக்கவே முடியாது.இபோது எங்கும் எதிலும் அரசியல்.
கல்வி,சுகாதாரம் இரண்டும் இல்வசமாக்வே, அருகிலேயே கிடைக்க வேண்டும். இதனை நடைமுறை படுத்த முயற்சி கூட எடுக்க மாட்டார்கள் .சுதந்திர தினம், பிறந்த நாள் மாதிரி வருடத்திற்கு ஒருமுறை கொண்டாட வேண்டியதுதான்.
